Note: ServiceInfoGetVersionInfoHttpGetIn and 
ServiceInfoGetVersionNumberHttpGetIn
messages also have null parts; but I believe this is acceptable by eye-balling 
the WSDL.

Fixed in revision 9. PingSimpleHttpGetIn now has a part type of s:string.
