Playback sometimes won't start or starts midway through the story

Hi! I love your android app and use it every day but I often encounter a 'could 
not play' message. It also sometimes starts the next playlist item several 
minutes in, the length of the previous item. Also npr's comment pages aren't 
working. Thanks for all your hard work! Danny Bierek, Tapestry Solutions /

What steps will reproduce the problem?

We haven't figured out the could not play message yet, but I've seen it to. We 
think it is a server-side issue with audio. 

Currently, we have no plans to support comment pages inside the app. But that 
might be something we do in the future.

There is a fix in the works for the next playlist item starting midway through. 
It's actually already logged in another bug, so I am going to merge these 
issues.
