Puppet readme files out of date #28

They need to be updated so that puppet-eos can be loaded and used with out issue.

Just found the puppet-ztpserver repo. I think all that needs to be done is to delete the following directories: Fedora/files/puppet and Ubuntu/files/puppet

Right. I was going to mention the only ref to puppet in the main README was in an old commit. I'll get those stray folders removed.
