CVP 2024.3.0 - inparse no longer included in base image #170

I want to start out by saying, thank you for this backup script. It has been very useful & has served us well.

We've been awaiting this release for some time now (since CentOS 7 has been EOL for several months) - Anyway, it seems the script is failing due to the missing dependence. Any advice on what can be done & will still have Arista support's blessing?
