Doc(cv_change_control_v3): Format corrections and add all schema options #519

Issue Summary

Two corrections needed:

  1. There are some formatting corrections to be made on cv_change_control_v3 documentation so the cvp.avd.sh page doesn't show scrambled information. Screen Shot 2022-09-14 at 10 33 54 AM
  2. Add all schema options on documentation on cvp.avd.sh
