Add support for EVPN AA DCI MH, new feature introduced in EOS 4.29.0.2F. Information about the feature under https://www.arista.com/en/support/product-documentation

Use case example

Use DC EVPN GW with EVPN All Active and a single IP as DC GW using Route Type 1 and 4 to support multihoming and ECMP in the overlay.

Describe the solution you would like

Add needed commands under BGP EVPN AF in eos_cli_config_gen. Add abstraction layer into eos_designs to support EVPN AA DCI MH along with EVPN GW using MLAG (already implemented).

Describe alternatives you have considered

Anycast EVPN GW, but this solution has 2 main drawbacks:

• Blackhole of traffic if all uplinks (towards spines) or downlinks (towards DCI) are down.
• No endhosts are allowed on these leaves.

Proposed solution also works natively with VXLAN SEC (Encryption at VXLAN level).
