It would be nice if eos_designs generated a cotainerlab topology artifact

If you wanted to pre-deploy test config, it would be useful for a containerlab topology to be created.

I created a separate role which you might have a look at: https://github.com/arista-netdevops-community/eos_designs_to_containerlab

This role is not part of AVD itself, but it uses the AVD structured config to create a containerlab topology and also can directly run that topology on a containerlab host with the configs generated by AVD.
