Thanks for the fix. Double checking: We were able to successfully ztp with this change, both for EOS < 4.30 and greater?

Yes, tested with 4.30.6M (to cover EOS >=4.30.0 range) and 4.28.6.1M (to cover EOS < 4.30.0 range). Both succeeded with ZTPaaS using local bootstrap from that candidate fix branch
