Race condition (between broadcom driver load and chip reset) at boot up still exists #15

I cannot reopen issue #14 because it was closed by jenkins.

In my tests, the fix didn't fix the issue 100%. It seems that it works right after I flash a new image (the boot sequence might be slightly different for the first boot). But it doesn't work for the subsequent reboots.

I still see the same symptom as in #14 when it doesn't work.

Please look into it.

Though the symptom looks the same as the race condition, this issue was actually caused by a mis-configuration on my test system.

Closing this issue.
