doesn't work with polylang #1

hi,

I want to use your plugin but since I use polylang and your plugin seems to be unaware of the custom urls, it doesn't work.

To explain: Polylang lets you have different language posts on your site. The translations will be served via a new URL. so it changes the scheme to http://www.domain.tld/LANGUAGE/POST-ID (e.g. ww´w.mysite.com/en/my-post.htm). Your plugin sticks to http://www.domain.tld/POST-ID. Any way to change that or to integrate with polylang?

Can you please try version 1.2.1? I was unable to replicate this issue, but there were a couple of internationalization issues which were fixed in the latest version.
