Add eu-west-2 endpoint for specific services #242

This PR adds the London region to a few services:

DynamoDB region added and tested using one of the example scripts.
S3 region added and tested using one of the example scripts.
SQS region added but not tested. The example did not work for me, but this is most likely due to my account.

The remaining services were left unchanged:

SES does not support EU west 2 (yet?).
IAM is a global service, so it does not support regions as far as I know.
The EC2 implementation doesn't have regions listed at the moment.
SimpleDB was not available in my account, so I could not try it out.

Could someone test the SQS region for me?
