[BUG] Missing macOS binaries for 1.3.0 release #749

Read the README.md and search for similar issues before posting a bug report!

It looks like there are no binaries for macOS (x86 and arm64). I do not know if this is an oversight or deliberate but it would be great to be able to get macOS binaries as before.

Go to https://github.com/aristocratos/btop/releases/tag/v1.3.0

I'm also working on updating the continuous build for macOS to:

remove macos-11 as it is deprecated
add macos-13 and macos-14
update to latest GitHub Actions as node-16 is deprecated

I will submit a PR once ready. Testing is here: https://github.com/jauderho/btop/actions/workflows/continuous-build-macos.yml
