Describe the solution you'd like Add MS CAscadia Octants as replacement of braile chars

Describe alternatives you've considered I don't know any other font suport

Would also love to see this, potentially as an opt-in feature to make the readouts look even nicer :)

PS: this is not specific to the Microsoft font, but utilizing the new octants legacy font set of Unicode 16

Note Iosevka also supports octants. And more fonts will probably follow, as Unicode 16.0 has just been officially released.
