[BUG] program crashes on "Connecting to WMI"

Issue

the program crashes on "Connecting to WMI" .

To Reproduce

run the btop4win.exe by right-clicking run as admin, or, using the terminal opened as admin.

Expected behavior

the programs loads as expected as shown on the main github page.
