Failing to find aapt.exe #394

I am trying to develop android application using B4A. 
 During compiling - it showing unable to find aapt under right path.

Error is tool is : Cannot find: 
E:\Android\android-sdk\tools\..\platform-tools\aapt.exe

Upgrade to 3.6.0 of the plugin with the latest android sdk version
