I want to known, Is there any function I can use to control the smoothness of the figure

Hi, Spateo currently doesn't have a specific function to handle this, but here are a few suggestions that might help improve the visualization:

• Check the alignment results: If the alignment is incorrect, you might notice discontinuities, especially around the border regions. If you're using downsampling for the alignment, ensure that enough cells are preserved, as having too few can impact alignment accuracy.
• Ensure consistent units for the z-axis and xy-axis: Sometimes discrepancies in units can cause visualization issues.
• Reduce point size: If the number of cells is very large, decreasing the point size can improve the visualization, particularly for chip stacking.
• Color cells by cell type: You can try coloring the cells based on their cell types using st.tdr.construct_pc(..., groupby='your celltype key in obs') to create a point cloud model with cell-type coloring.
