Hi there,
When I select Metadata > browse https://aristotle.cloud/browse/
It takes a long time to load and ends up with the following screenshot:

Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your message. It seems the screenshot is not showing. Are you currently experiencing this error? Could you please also let me know your location (which country)?
Thank you, Tuo
I've tried to upload the screenshot again. Hope you can see this.
I am accessing in Australia Melbourne...
Basically I am trying to browse metadata and select on a metadata to view the information but it comes with a 504 Gateway Time-out nginx on my screen.

Hi there, is there any updates? are you able to view the screenshot?
Hi, we have tested it on different IP, location, PC with different accounts, it all works fine. Have you tried on another browser or computer? If the problem still exists, could you provide me with your account detail?
Thanks. I have tried with Microsoft Edge and it is now working. however when I use Google chrome. It does not work and a 54 Gateway issue appeared. Even when I switch to Incognito... Can this problem still be resolved for Chrome?
Hi, I have tested this on many browsers (including Chrome which I am using), it all works fine. Could you try to reinstall your Chorme to see if this solves the problem?
let me try and get back to you.
It looks like it's happening to my Microsoft Edge. I was on the Browse App screen and it suddenly turned to a 504 Gateway Time-out screen. (See screenshot attached)
Also - the Contact button in the footer of the website - does not work. It currently leads to a "page can't be found - this page may have been moved or deleted" See screenshot

re-uploading screenshot
I have also found that the disclaimer and copyright pages are also not working. Showing a HTTP ERROR 410 on both chrome browser and microsoft edge browser
Hi Andrew,
Are you logged in or logged out when you are getting these results? I've also tested with a logged out account and can't replicate this issue. It may be an issue with permissions, so if you can email your details to support@aristotlemetadata.com we can provide some more personalised support.
Just FYI - both @liutuo368 and I are employees at Aristotle Metadata, so we may hav edifferent permissions to you which is why I want to check.
Hi Andrew, thanks for you response. We have found the issue and we are working on resolving it.
