You are free to use it as you wish; this was example code from an article on A List Apart. But it is code intended for illustration in an article. :) I highly suggest using something like this instead:

Any license is good and You are free to use it as you wish
is a statement to me. A "mainline" license would be best. No license would mean no right to use beyond viewing ;) but we are past this now.
