Update recipes for Basic Upgrades #105

10.0.0 changed existing recipes for the Basic Upgrade items. This PR contains a change to update these recipes.

Please double check the use of reducible. I really have no idea how to check without getting access to the game right now.

@Whompratt thanks for updating this! Been meaning to make these changes.

By the way, reducible is true if an ingredient or output can be reduced by an upgrade or perk (lavish workspace). The only way to know in game is to look at the border color (yellow for static, green for reducible). Or to look at the recipe source code.

In the case of the new upgrades, all the recipes seem to be non-reducible
