Fix #114 Sender email without name #118

Handle the original from having no name. Assumption: originalRecipient = info@example.com Previously supported forms:

from = Betsy <betsy@example.com> and customFrom = "" -> from = Betsy <info@example.com>
from = Betsy <betsy@example.com> and customFrom = "noreply@example.com" -> from = Betsy <noreply@example.com>

Additional supported forms:

from = betsy@example.com and customFrom = "" -> from = betsy at example.com <info@example.com>
from = betsy@example.com and customFrom = "noreply@example.com" -> from = betsy at example.com <noreply@example.com>
