Description

This adds an entry to the FAQ for how Mod-tagged systems should behave when dealing with weapon/system destruction.

Had Kai write up a more comprehensive entry for this one when I saw it on the Discord earlier, and will be merging that in (so the item will be added to the faq, just in a different form.
