Did you learn lua? #43

I saw in 2016 you were keen on learning Lua. Why did you think Lua was a valuable language to learn?

I did learn Lua! Unfortunately, until today I still don't have any excuse to use it for a serious project.

Why Lua? It's small and learnable in a few hours. Also, it's fantastic to be utilized as an embedded scripting engine (which explains why it is so popular for games).
