Convert Image and Audio Utils to react-hooks

• [ ] Find colrc-v2 > frontend > src > utils; AudioPlayer.js and ImageViewer.js
• [ ] Review the code in each, and make sure you understand what each file is doing.
• [ ] These components are currently written in an old version of React; one that used class components. Class components are now deprecated in favor of hooks what happened and why
• [ ] Convert each component to React Hooks
