Adds the LICENSE file from ssb-browser-demo, under the assumption you'd want to license this the same way.
Updates the case of the license in package.json to get rid of complaints about invalid SPDX expression when it's built.
Stop tracking built files.
Include package-lock.json.

The dist is there because that makes it easier to use the library in other projects. Otherwise looks good.

If that's the case, I've taken it back out of .gitignore as well.
