If you right-click a thread title and choose "Copy ID", it's supposed to copy the message ID like it does if you right-click the body of a message and click "Copy message ID". For some reason, it does not, which means if you go to paste this into the "Go to msg/feed/channel" box at the top, it does a search rather than navigate directly to the message.
EDIT: To clarify, right-clicking the title doesn't include the leading "%", which makes things unnecessarily difficult for the user to understand. Right-clicking the message does what I would consider to be correct behavior.
