Minor WebStart issues #13

Just a few minor issues which might confuse users:

Firstly, when you hit download on the website the file is called
launch.jnlp - probably should be renamed to jpowder.jnlp so that the user
remembers what it is once they have downloaded it.

Secondly, when you run the webstart jnlp you get a security warning saying:
Name - Jpowder
Publisher - Bob
From - http://wwwisis2.isis.rl.ac.uk

I think we should change the Publisher from "Bob" to be "Jpowder" as "Bob"
looks a bit amateur. Also the From bit should probably say
http://www.jpowder.org - however I don't know if you can change this as is
jpowder.org being hosted on an isis server, if it can be changed then I
think it should be.
