Create history file #36

Everytime Jpowder is started up start to create a History file,
which logs what the user is doing. 

In the event that Jpowder crashes or produces an unexpected result
this file can be emailed to developers for debugging purposes.

Initial task is to discuss how we may best do this.

Any ideas?
