Allow 4th column and plot difference observed-calculated #37

If a 4th column is present assume it equals calculated data. Then plot 
observed, calculated and difference between these in one chart.

Possible even draw tick-markes if a cif file is dragged into Jpowder (cif file 
may contain lattice parameters).
