Can't drag and drop from shared Diamond directory into Jpowder #40

Principle beamline scientist on I11 powder beamline found that when dragging 
and dropping files from shared Diamond directory from an explorer window from 
the desktop generates no plot.

And the Jpowder Explorer window will allow you to view the shared directory but 
will not allow you to expand it.

Also, and perhaps related, in Jpowder Explorer window (JTree) can expand 
shortcut folders.
