Filter out .exe, .dll, .pdf files in the Jpowder filebrowser tree on left hand
side of the application.
Files with such extensions can be assumed never to contain powder diffraction
data.
Additional optional work unit:
In addition let Jpowder quickly scan remaining files and display in the tree
only the files it recognises.
