New 'Save as' option to save the data

See attached picture "Demo Save as it is now.png" for
the "Save as..." option currently available.

Add a new option "Data" below "PDF For Publication".

When a user click on the "Data" option he will get 
presented with a new window which will have a format
similar to that shown in the attached "Save Data mockup.png"
file.

In case multiple files are selected in allows the user
to select any of the dataset displayed and save this data
to either XY or XYE format (this will be extended to other
formats in the future). 

Taken the example in "Save Data mockup.png" then a user
may click on "zopdih_dehy_RampNo1_47.xye", ticket the
XYE format checkbox and select to save this file as Kai
(which will save the dataset as Kai.xye).

If a user select to save both as XY and XYE two files
will be saved: Kai.xy and Kai.xye.

If no files are selected then the user should be shown 
a message: "No file selected". 

For this ticket allow the user to select just one file
to save
