Link to Domoticz does not work when using Publish topic other than flat #260

It's not really a bug I think but when I set in Domoticz the MQTT to something else then the default flat hieracy then the itho addon does not respond anymore to my device in Domoticz. So when I update the slider in Domoticz, the speed of the fan is not changed.

Of course I can set it back to flat but set it to "index" makes it way more clear and easier to get the right info in MQTT and therefore way easier to use this in home assistant for example (I have plans to migrate to HA so getting data in MQTT makes it easier to migrate).

In the itho I have set the slider device idx under the Domoticz section so I thought this has then nothing to do with MQTT, but it looks like it still does.

My question is, is there a way to get the let Domoticz control my itho fan even when the publish topic is on "index"?
