@jramsay -- FYI, I reverted the Live Share changes and released 0.33.0, which is a recovery build that has Live Share integration. Will release 0.34.0 (which will remove the Live Stare integration), once the Live Share release is out. Parking the changes in this PR for now.

thanks Arjun - sounds good. Just let me know if the target removal version changes (I'll use 0.34.0 in the Live Share detection logic)
