This resolves issue #4

Following notes: redis was updated to 2.3.0 to provide support for the client.batch() function.

So sorry for the delay in merging this PR. I noticed you made a change, which I can't accept. Was about to accept the previous stuff!! :P

Can you remove your change to handle the missing command? We can/should address this as a separate PR.
