Purpose of code changes on this branch:

Make diff output for a RichText object between versions readable

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:

This is on the same branch as the review request 109.  It would have been much 
easier if we could use html-tidy or some existing library, but inside AppEngine 
environment, "pure Python", it was necessary to roll our own using only the 
standard Python facilities.

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk

Forgot to mention; a demo installation to address both issues 107 and 108 by 
applying 109 and 110 is running as usual at:

  http://linus.mtv.corp.google.com:8080/
