Link picker changes focus #73

The new link picker bounces focus around as it does the delayed link loading 
thing.  To re-create:
1. while editing a page, select new link
2. quickly put focus in the new-link-name box
3. start typing slowly

as you type, the focus changes and some characters go into the search-terms box.

Vaguely related... hitting return while typing in the new-link-name box should 
submit the [New Document] request.  But instead it selects the default [OK], 
which acts like [cancel].
