KELT-20 b and MASCARA-2 b are the same planet #28

The database lists atmospheric observations of KELT-20 b and MASCARA-2 b separately. However, these are in fact the same planet, which has two names as it was discovered independently by two different surveys: https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2017AJ....154..194L/abstract, https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2018A%26A...612A..57T/abstract These separate records for the same planet should be reconciled.

Hi @captain-exoplanet — thanks so much for catching this! I'll change this accordingly.

This is part of a broader issue of aliases. I'll make an issue to write a quick alias-checking module.
