Is /sections functionality and routing still being used? #15

Most of the SectionsController specs are failing and I was wondering if this functionality was still something we were using or planned on using moving forward.

So I don't really use them regularly, but I thought it would be nice to have the basic CRUD functionality available in case we ever need to inspect specific records. Since it's basically out-of-the-box Rails, I don't know that we really need to have it be test-backed, although I'm surprised that controller specs are failing
