Increased map accuracy #9

Granted the values may not be 100% correct, until extinction gets the map on the dev kit, this seems fairly accurate.

The resource map from the ark wiki use the same coordinate system we do with the lower/right edge of the map at 100/100 and not 170/170. I don't think these changes are correct. https://ark.gamepedia.com/Resource_Map_(Extinction)

Also checked the map for extinction in ark bot and it appears to be fairly accurate. Going to close this pull request for now.
