add milestones to Gantt #11

Just to have important dates visible on this thing as reminders. No tracking of slipped dates or anything.

maybe similar notes as interrupts, but preserving tags and no durations (make 2 hr to see the red)

Turns out there's an undocumented :milestone feature in Mermaid that creates a blue diamond. Since the diamond is so big (nearly the size of a day), set it to be duration @0h, starting at noon on the date due. And because my todo lists are long, I'll try putting the milestones all at the top in their own section rather than interweaving them like interrupts.
