Add Sudoku #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create new folder
2.Add sudoku
3.Accidentally keyed in 2 same numbers in a row. It highlighted the wrong 
values but I didn't see it and press 'Save'.
4. Seek for edit but none, and the particular sudoku couldn't be played.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.5, Blackberry Playbook
