GameBoyRegisterInfo.inc contains numerous build bugs which must be fixed:

"GameBoyRegisterInfo is an abstract class"
Numerous bugs from the RegisterInfo.tdfile; check namespaces for undeclared identifiers
static_cast error

Bugs have been squashed via the AVR merge.
