Item Counts when Looting #1334

I would like to see the count (bag/bank/account) of whatever item I am looting appended to the loot text per item looted.

Ex: I have 3 bolts of silk in my bags. I have 5 bolts of silk in my bank. One of my alts on my account has 2 bolts of silk. I loot one bolt of silk.

I'd like to see something like "You receive loot: [Bolt of Silk] (4/9/11)"

4 because I had 3 in my bags and just looted 1. 9 because I had 3 in my bags, looted 1, and had 5 bolts in my bank. 11 because that's what I have across my account.

At the very least, I'd like to see a count of what's in my bags.

Is this something you feel is in the scope of ArkInv? If so, are you amenable to adding it?

If you have a data broker addon, like Bazooka, you can use the tracking feature. When I want to farm an item, I add it to the data broker so I can see the count of the items in my bags without having to continually open them. It takes a bit to figure it all out, but it's a must have when you do. /ai track [itemlink]

WoW is in maintenance right now so I can't tell if AI gives you that information when you mouse-over. But, I know for sure that TSM4 tells you which location an item is in on every character.

Hope this helps.

While that would work, I'm definitely looking for something more passive. In general, I can add things to my bars to keep track of counts, but I can't add everything and, really, I'd much rather have something more passive.

its not something i would add at this time,

wouldnt the item counts show up on mouseover of the item link?

Y'all are underestimating how lazy I am. :D

Thanks for your response. I do believe they show up upon mouseover. I'll either suck it up or write something that will.

Try Farmit too.
