[BUG] Can create/edit rules but the millisecond I enable it the game exits *instantly*. No LUA error.

I wish I had more information but the instant exiting of the game means it's impossible to provide an LUA error or anything of that sort. I'm willing to test betas if, in fact, there's a bug in the code and you need a refactor tested.

Describe the bug

I can add and edit rules. I can even assign them to a virtual bag. I cannot enable them though. The game exits the millisecond I enable a rule. Sometimes, not every time, the rule isn't visible when I go back to Enable it (steps 11+ below). If I exit the game manually and go back in I can see the rule to enable but enabling it crashes the game.

To Reproduce

1. Open ArkInventory bag UI
2. Click Rules (book icon)
3. Click Add
4. Click in Description box and type "Outfits"
5. Click in Formula box and type "outfit()"
6. Click Accept
7. Click Edit Mode (gear icon)
8. Right-Click a red square for the virtual space
9. Hover over Rule
10. Click Assign for the new rule
11. Right-Click the same red square for the virtual space
12. Hover over Rule
13. Click Enable
14. Instant exit - crashes game instantly with a crash report.
