[BUG] Cooldown is not updated when you use items with shared cooldown.

What game client are you playing? Retail, Wrath, Classic / Live, PTR, Beta wotlk

What language is the game client set to? english

Describe the bug This is a general bug, and it affects all items that share a cooldown. For example when you use a potion, the rest of the potions in your bags don't update the cooldown, you have to close and reopen the bags frame for this to happen. Same for trinkets/nitro boots etc.

To Reproduce Put different potion types in bags (i noticed this works properly for same type of potion used that is still present in bags). Open bags frame, use potion, notice the rest of the potions don't have cooldown updated to be visible. Close and reopen the bags frame. Now the cooldowns will show.

its currently a known issue

3.10.07 (19-NOV-2022)

• updated - config > settings > designs > items > cooldown > on window open. cooldowns will no longer automatically show. you will need to enable this option and then they will update when you close/open the window. triggering off the cooldown events generated too much lag especially in large crowds
