Request: Collapse bars if they fit in the empty space of another bar #1859

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Would like to have a more compact view of small bars

Describe the solution you'd like I'd like to see an option for bars collapsing into existing empty space.

Example: My main "Default" bag is rather full, so it is therefor rather tall. I have other bars on this row that only have 1-4 items in them.

If there are 8 item heights displayed, but only a couple of items, the rest of the bar is empty wasted space.

If there were 2 adjacent bars that would be able to fit into the same column due to empty space and they compacted into the same row it would make the entire window much more efficient on space.

NOTE: I realize this might not fit into your layout framework, so I'm not expecting to see this happen. Just a nice-to-have.

theres a "compact" option in there somewhere, possibly under the bars section (not in game and cant remember).

see if that does what you want (it might not)
