Status Icon / Overlay - Upgrade #1878

All versions are the latest via CurseForge, game language is English.

Not sure if bug or I misunderstand how it works.

My Status Icon / Overlay for "Upgrade" is not showing. For example I have Item Level 486 bracers with Item Level 496 Bracers in my bag. In ArkInventory the item level text shows correctly and Profession Quality overlay shows correctly on other items.

I have disabled all other add-ons and the issue persists. I have tried on Classic, WotLK Classic and PTR 10.2.7 and experience the same problem.

Am I misunderstanding how this icon should work? Thank you

i think something went weird with them a while back, the default ui no longer seems to display them either
