TOC Bump for Cata Pls #1884

new cata toc files are in 3.10.28-alpha-3

I can't get curse/wowup to see the alpha as for Cata, and it still shows as out of date in game too.

the toc files have 4.4.0 which is cataclysm classic.

the beta is 4.4.0

if the alpha is running something higher i cant cater for it, just allow out of date addons

nvm, worked out what you meant. the packager isnt handling cataclysm. will sort it out shortly
