v128 #1862

Do we have to ship Arkenfox v127 before v128? Is there any problem if we skip v127?

I don't see any big thing on v127, but I fear that the new clean on shutdown prefs might be necessary to be set before v128.

IDK yet if I will do a v127 - most likely not. I see nothing of importance in diffs, we just had a release (the less noise the better) which included a lot of info re new sanitizing/RFP changes, and we're not far from 128 stable. If people haven't added any overrides for sanitizing if they need them, the migration should be fine, i.e it is meant to respect the old settings, so I'm not worried about that. A small update reminding people re RFP would have been nice, but we're past that stage now I think.
