Added tutorials to readme #2

Hi @arkhipov !

First up thanks for making this extension. I'm using it in production and it's working great.

I wrote up a guide for PostgreSQL & temporal tables which relies on your extension - http://clarkdave.net/2015/02/historical-records-with-postgresql-and-temporal-tables-and-sql-2011/

This PR updates the readme to include a link to this guide. Please merge if you think it'd be useful. Cheers!
